Fortunate to have served over 15 yrs with the Army Reservists visiting many countries during my time.
Currently working for the MoD as a Civil Servant supporting the Armed Forces and civilian organisations. Have been a member of the Royal British Legion for 20yrs plus and am a proud active member of the Cardiff Central Comrade Branch supporting their Annual Poppy Day Appeals.
Volunteer for grassroots women and girls rugby within the Cardiff Blues Region. Love playing commnity rugby as a forward alongside my fellow Whitchurch Ladies RFC. Trustee Secretary for Signposted Cymru by supporting our small but busy team.
Happily ferrying my two children, between all their various sporting activities. Happiest when running with dog.
