David  Gooch

David has been involved with Signposted Cymru since it was floated as an idea to where we are today. David was compelled to help Darren set up the charity after witnessing the amazing and selfless work  Darren was putting in to help others via bootcamps, face to face consultations and relentless personal physical challenges, all done to help others suffering and currently  lost in the system. Having held board positions within the Hotel, Leisure, Sporting and Facilities Management arenas, he is a passionate advocate for individuals health and in particular mental wellbeing having witnessed the quiet destruction it can cause. Throughout his working life David has championed safe havens where employees can talk freely, openly and receive intervention where required. David is proud to be working alongside the Signposted Board of trustees that are solely dedicated to making a difference.
