Volunteer Walks.
The Last two weekends has seen some of our volunteers continuing with their walks into the hills. Last weekend saw them head into the hills around Aberdare, setting of from Abernant, heading towards Mountain Ash and returning to the Rhoswenallt Inn for a well deserved cold Beverage covering approximately 5.5 miles in total.
This weekend they headed into the Brecon Beacons following a route taking them past the crash site of a 2nd world war Canadian Wellington Bomber and war memorial as well as the waterfalls in the woods of Blaen-y-Glyn. Again covering approximately 5.5 miles.

We would like to thank Newbridge cricket club for raising over £700 for us, all the money raised will go towards getting counselling for the individuals we support
Newbridge cricket club:
“We wanted to support signposted cymru this season as our charity partner because they do incredible work to help people in need when it comes to mental health issues while at the same time keeping us amateur sportspeople active with the various events we have planned this year. The mini 3 peaks was a great starting point as it got several members of the club together pre season for a fantastic day which everyone thoroughly enjoyed! We cant wait for the next one and to help raise as much money and awarness as we can!”
