Signposted Cymru can confirm that Darren Thomas has resigned from his position within the organisation and is no longer affiliated with or acting on behalf of Signposted Cymru in any capacity.

 

The trustees are currently undertaking a significant review of the charity’s governance, operational and financial position following a series of serious concerns identified internally.

 

As a result of the charity’s current financial position, spending has been halted and counselling provision has been significantly reduced while trustees work to establish the full position of the organisation and determine whether services can continue safely and sustainably.

 

This has been an incredibly difficult period for everyone connected to Signposted Cymru, particularly our beneficiaries, volunteers, staff and supporters. The trustees are continuing to work closely with relevant agencies and partners while assessing the future of the charity.
